It is the intention of our organization to respect the privacy of users of our services and website. We also respect the privacy of donors, non-profit organizations and Charities to whom donations are made. Our organization does not collect any more personal information than is reasonably necessary to provide the services to our charities and our customers. We do not sell personal information, nor license it to anyone else. On occasion, we may send you an e-mail for promotional purposes. If you desire, you may unsubscribe from these e-mails.

Content of Website and Mobile Application
The information on our website and mobile application is to be viewed and used by persons, charities, and companies who use our charitable gift card and related services. As part of our charity gift card purchase process, a donor or recipient may use the website and mobile application to make certain designations for the contributions associated with the cards. Upon a designation of direction for a charitable contribution, we will endeavor to follow that direction. However, there are no warranties or representations associated with this except that we will use reasonable efforts to accomplish the same. If there is an error, through inadvertence or otherwise, our organization has no liability for misdirected contributions, and you release us from any liability associated with same.

We are not responsible in any manner for physical or virtual charity gift cards that are misplaced, lost, stolen or misdirected.

We reserve to the right to add charities to and delete charities from the various list of charities in each category of designated charities within our discretion. A holder of a physical or virtual charity gift card may only choose among the charities shown on our list of charities in each category at the time of designation of the gift.

Refund Policy
After a charity gift card has been purchased, and the transaction is complete, the money is routed through a processor to our organization. Therefore, after a charity card has been purchased, it can not be cancelled, refunded or exchanged. And, upon entry of a designation for the gift under the charity gift card, we presume such designation to be the final designation for how to direct the gift under that charity gift card. We are not held responsible for any changes to any such designation.

The law prohibits you or anyone related to you from receiving more than any incidental benefit or consideration from a charity to which a gift is designated or money is donated. Therefore, you agree that neither you nor anyone in your family or close to you will receive any more than an incidental benefit as a result of funds donated through our charity card program or other services.

The charities to which we direct donations do not sponsor or endorse our organization or services. Instead, they are charities designated by us, and in some cases under terms of agreement with us, to receive donations under our programs.

The manner in which we distribute funds allows for thirty (30) days from the date of purchase of a charity card or related service for a designation to be made for the contribution associated with that charity card. If no such designation is made, our organization directs the designation to the various charities selected by donor under the category of a particular card and divides the money equally to the charities in that category. Funds are distributed at month end following this thirty (30) day period.

If a charity’s total donations are less than one hundred dollars ($100) in any thirty (30) day period the donations will be transferred to the charity in the next thirty (30) day period. If the donations remain less than one hundred dollars ($100) the money will be transferred to the charity at the end of the year [even if less than one hundred dollars ($100)].

Our organization incurs marketing, technology and administration costs associated with all donations. It is our goal to implement the most efficient business processes and thereby reduce these costs over time. At the present time, these costs have been contained to 8% to ensure disbursements to charities of 92% of each donation. The cost percentage or the disbursement percentage is posted under the Charity Payment section of the website.

It is our intention that this website and mobile application be used only in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. Use of this website and mobile application outside of that intended purpose is prohibited. By use of this website and mobile application, you represent that you are not using it in any unlawful manner.

It is our organization's policy to respect and not infringe upon the intellectual property rights of other parties, including rights of trademark, copyright, patent and related intellectual property rights. By use of this website and mobile application, you represent also that you will not infringe upon such intellectual property rights in association with our website. Nor will you infringe upon or dilute our own trademarks. Nor will you infringe upon our copyrighted materials.

WE HEREBY DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES IN CONNECTION WITH OUR WEBSITE, OUR MOBILE APPLICATION AND OUR GIFT CARDS, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION ALL WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE OR WORKMAN LIKE MANNER. ALL OF OUR SERVICES AND PRODUCTS ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" BASIS WITH ALL FAULTS.
